Cooagronevada was founded in 2007 as a group of 21 families of coffee producers and forest rangers and has since grown to more than 70 families. The cooperative is both Fairtrade and organic certified. Cooagronevada believes that finding high-quality, environmentally sustainable, fair-priced coffee should not be an impossible task. They strive to create fairer opportunities for women in coffee production and have recently received the honor of the Women Care certification due to our dedication to gender equality, equal access to resources, and a system of transparency and trust between all of the members of their team.
