Touton Specialties is a specialty green coffee importer founded in March 2017 and based in Hamburg, serving coffee roasters of all sizes across Europe. As part of the Touton Group, which has been active in the coffee, cocoa, and spice trading since 1848, we are constantly on the lookout for outstanding and high-quality nano and micro-lots, farm coffees, and certified coffees from various origins with a current focus on Rwanda, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Colombia. 

 

Our central vision is to foster lasting relationships with producers and customers built on a premise of transparency and quality. We strive to put the people along the value chain at the center of our actions, providing them with innovative solutions to generate added value from countries of origin to final customers. Through regular trips to the countries of origin, we have been able to establish valuable relationships with local producers and farmers in recent years. These direct producer relationships allow us to better understand and respond to the needs of farmers and communities.

 

Here in Hamburg, we are a team of nine. Personal initiative and authenticity are our priorities. Through our diverse backgrounds and experiences, we inspire each other and develop new ideas. Our sample room is the focal point of our office. Here, not only do the cuppings and quality controls take place, but it also serves as a space for meetings and inspires us in our daily work. The doors of our sample room are always open for our customers and prospects.
