Our anaerobic fully-washed is from Fugi Washing Station, which is located in the southern province of Nyaruguru District. During anaerobic-processing, the coffee is fermented partly dry and partly wet in closed containers before it is pulped. Different fermentation times were used for this lot: 15% fermented for 12 hours, 20% for 24 hours, 50% for 48 hours and another 15% for 60 hours. During fermentation, the coffee develops its fine jasmine-honey flavour.
