BUGOYI | NATURAL | GRADE A1

Bugoyi is one of Baho Coffee's six washing stations operated by Emmanuel Rusatira and his family. With full dedication and love for his coffees, he has been processing fully washed, naturals and honeys there since 2017. The location at Lake Kivu brings a light wind and gentle sunlight, ideal for drying the beans evenly. Damascen is the station manager at Bugoyi Washing Station. He is an expert in mobilization and makes Bugoyi attractive to many farmers. Delphine is the Quality Manager and has been working in coffee for seven years. She oversees the drying of the coffee and is an important part of Baho Coffee. In close cooperation with 1500 local smallholder farmers who bring their cherries to the washing station on foot or by bike, fruity and full-bodied washed, honeys and naturals are produced there.
