SHG MARAGOGYPE | WASHED ARABICA
Our Mexico Maragogype coffee comes from Jaltenango and Villa Corzo in the Chiapas region in Mexico. This region is especially known for its microclimatic and humid conditions as well as its volcanic soil. Maragogype beans are a sought-after coffee for their smooth flavour as well as their attractive appearance. Its low yield makes the Maragogype so special, too. To offer the best quality, several small lots of 12 different producers in the Chiapas region are mixed together in our coffee. These Maragogype lots grow at an altitude between 1300 and 1500 meter and are harvested between December and April.
