FARM LA LOMA | WASHED | GEISHA
The Farm La Loma is located in the Agua Negra village, in the municipality of Pitalito, within the Huila region, and is owned by Claudia and Rodrigo Samboni. The coffees grow at an altitude of 1650masl. After being harvested, this Geisha is quickly left to rest for 12 hours. After that, it is pulped and left to ferment for a further 48 hours in the dry fermentation tank, from there it is washed very well to remove excess mucilage. Finally, it is dried in direct sunlight 3 to 4 days, and afterwards passed to the canopies for 22 or 23 more days.
