FINCA SAN CRISTÓBAL | NATURAL REPOSADÓ

Finca San Cristóbal, known as “el Pino”, was the first farm of the Navarro family and was founded in 1945. Originally, cane sugar and beans were grown there, and later coffee. Both the Micromill and the two farms are run by the Navarro brothers. At the moment they work exclusively with the Caturra variety and rely on environmentally friendly cultivation methods. Their high-quality standards are well known in the region, and Café Navarro now stands for careful processing methods and high-quality coffees. This natural reposadó, from the lot “Don Rafael”, was left for about 40 hours in hermetically sealed barrels.
