FINCA LA AMADA | YELLOW HONEY
Cerro San Luis is a micromill run by the siblings Magali and Alexander Delgado. They have their own two farms, where they grow various varieties like Caturra, Catuaí, Geisha, SL28, and Villa Sarchí. Finca la Amada, where this Yellow Honey with the Red Cauaí variety was grown, and Finca el Venado. At Finca La Amada, traceability is ensured through good separation of the different lots by variety and process. On the Pacific slope, these privileged lands have well-defined wet and dry seasons. The fertile volcanic soils of the West Valley produce an excellent cup profile.
