Finca San Gabriel, known as "la Pascuala", was bought in 1998 by the Navarro family. Both the Micromill and the coffee farms are run by Eduardo Navarro Jimenez Senior's sons and daughters who are committed to eco-friendly farming practices. Fruit trees were planted at that time to produce natural fertilizer for the coffee plants. Their high-quality standards are known in the region, where they stand for careful preparation methods and high-quality coffees.
