COSTA RICA

FINCA LA MANZANA | NATURAL

While growing up around the farm and helping his father, who bought the land with all his savings, it was clear to Olman Alguilera Chaves that he wanted to continue with his father's legacy. In Costa Rican coffee slang, una manzana or "an apple" means 0.7 of a hectar; it is common to divide the farms by manzanas. That’s where the name of the farm comes from. Olman delivers his cherries to La Eva Mill for wet and dry processing.
