ETHIOPIA

KOCHERE | GRADE 1 | NATURAL

Our Kochere Grade 1 Natural was processed at Debo Washing Station, which is located in Kochere district. This washing station is privately owned by Mestawot Assefa. Around 650 farmers deliver their cherries to various collecting points, from where they are picked up and brought to the washing station. At altitudes of 1900 – 2100 masl, the coffee grows slowly under semi shaded forest canopies, and develops its distinct cup profile.
