The Sidama region is one of the most renown growing regions in the world. Coffee from this regions is especially famous for its fruity notes and intense aroma. Our Sidamo Grade 2 comes from the Bensa washing station and is grown on many smaller plantations and harvested once the cherries are ripe. After the coffee is pulped, it ferments for 36 to 38 hours and dries on drying beds for up to two weeks.
